nymra studio.
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use nymra studio (this website at nymra-studio.com and The Back of the Bottle newsletter), how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR.
This policy also covers the nymra studio TikTok
integration (TikTok Developer app name: nymra studio). When
you authorize nymra studio via TikTok at
nymra-studio.com/connect, nymra studio receives the
TikTok account data described scope-by-scope in section 2 below.
1. Who We Are
The Service is operated by Arctide (UK sole trader). For privacy questions, contact us at hello@nymra-studio.com.
2. What We Collect
Newsletter subscribers. When you subscribe, we collect your email address. Optionally we collect your name if you provide it. Your email is processed by beehiiv (our newsletter platform).
Website visitors. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page accessed, timestamp) for security and analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. We may use first-party analytics aggregated across visitors.
Social media (general). If you interact with our content on Instagram, Threads, or other platforms, those platforms collect data per their own privacy policies. We only receive aggregate metrics.
TikTok integration (nymra studio). When you authorize nymra studio via TikTok Login, nymra studio receives the following data, one item per granted scope:
-
user.info.basic— your TikTok open_id, avatar thumbnail, and display name. nymra studio uses these to confirm the right account is linked before publishing. -
user.info.profile— your public profile web link, profile deep link, bio description, and verification status. nymra studio uses these to display which account is connected in the operator dashboard. -
user.info.stats— your follower count, following count, total likes, and video count. nymra studio uses these to show engagement context next to each scheduled post so we can pace publishing volume. -
video.upload— permission to save a daily nymra studio video to your TikTok account as a draft for human review before it is posted. We use this as a safety mode. -
video.publish— permission to directly post the daily nymra studio video to your TikTok account once the draft has been approved. Used in automated nightly publishing only.
nymra studio does not sell, share, or retain this TikTok data beyond what is required to operate the integration. You can revoke access at any time from your TikTok account settings; nymra studio will then stop receiving new data.
